Dear Dale,

We just wanted to thank you for your help in finding us our new home. We are all settled in and have done some minor renovations (the hardwood floors are beautiful). We can’t wait to start on the garden.

Your service was excellent and we were very happy Pat Robbins referred you to us. As first time homebuyers, we had a lot of questions and inquiries. You were very patient and helpful in answering all of them. Buying a new home can be very stressful especially the first time, but you walked us through it, step by step and made it a positive experience.

We gave you a long list of what we wanted for our meagre price range and you, amazingly enough, found us exactly what we wanted. We wanted to thank you for all the extra work you did in regards to this sale. You are a tough negotiator and you gave us proper council throughout the entire process, to the point of almost walking away from the deal.

We already have and will continue to recommend you to all our friends and family. And in the future, we will definitely deal with you again. Both of us thank you so much and wish you the best with everything.
