Rose and I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your hard work and dedication in both selling our condominium and purchasing our townhouse.
Rose and I had never previously sold a property before, and your guidance to us in preparing and showing the property were invaluable. We were both very impressed with your professional and helpful approach right from our initial interview with you, and the high standard of work you showed throughout the process. We also both really appreciated the amount of time you took in listening to us regarding what we wanted in our new property and making suggestions in areas we hadn’t considered. Given that our purchase process was complicated somewhat by my military duties, we were also both very happy with the extra effort you went to in making sure that everything was done promptly and in such a manner as to reduce the amount of running around.
We don’t anticipate selling our home in the near future, but if we do we will certainly contact you again and ask you to represent our interests, always assuming you haven’t taken a well-earned retirement by that time.
