Q.  What if I notice a For Sale By Owner property that interests me?

A.  Most for sale by owners extend courtesy to Realtors.  By involving a professional Realtor in your dealings with a For Sale by Owner's property you can be confident that you will be capably advised.  Should you decide to negotiate a purchase of the property your best interests will be represented by a Real Estate professional.

Q.  What if I wish to view a property for sale that is advertised by another Realtor?
 
A.  Simply call or e-mail me with the address and the Realtor's name or real estate company.  I will provide you with all the details and viewing arrangments for the property.

Q. How will I know what I can afford?

A.  You can obtain this information from the financial institution you presently do business with, or I can refer you to a qualified mortgage broker or financial professional.
 
Q.  What if I notice an open house that I would like to view?
A.  Feel free to go ahead and view the open house.  Remember, if you are working with a Realtor, you should advise the open house Agent that you have Buyer / Agent representation.  The listing Realtor will respect this relationship and still provide you with all of the relevant property information.   If you prefer that I view the property with you,I can accompany you on the open house tour or make arrangments for a private viewing at another time.

Q.  What is an appropiate response to another Realtor I encounter during my partnership with you?

A.  Extend the courtesy of informing the Realtor of your Buyer / Agent partnership.  All professional Realtors understand the value and purpose of Agency Relations.  They appreciate and respect the relationship you have with your Buyer's Agent.
